By requesting a quote, approving a proposal, making a payment, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Services Provided
Eagle Strike Agency LLC provides professional website design, local SEO structure, Google Business Profile setup and optimization, Facebook and Instagram business profile setup, Meta Ads management, Google Ads support, logo design, graphic design, business cards, yard signs, door hangers, vehicle magnets, branded shirts, caps, hoodies, banners, stickers, and other promotional materials.

Quotes and Pricing
All pricing may vary depending on project scope, timeline, materials, third-party costs, advertising needs, and client requirements. A quote or invoice will be provided before work begins.

Payments
Payments may be accepted through PayPal, Chase, Zelle, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods. Work begins after the required payment, deposit, or invoice amount has been confirmed.

Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate business information, logos, photos, content, website access, social media access, Google Business Profile access, approvals, and advertising budget when required.

Advertising Services
Advertising budgets paid to Meta, Google, or other platforms are separate from Eagle Strike Agency LLC management fees unless clearly stated in writing. Eagle Strike Agency LLC does not guarantee specific rankings, exact leads, sales, or advertising results.

Intellectual Property
Final approved work is provided after payment is completed. Eagle Strike Agency LLC may display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
