Invoices
Each client may receive a professional invoice or quote describing the service, price, payment status, and balance due. Clients should keep a copy of their invoice and payment confirmation for their records.

Third-Party Fees
Payment processor fees, advertising platform fees, supplier costs, printing costs, domain fees, hosting fees, software fees, or other third-party expenses may be billed separately unless clearly included in the invoice.
