Refund & Cancellation Policy

Eagle Strike Agency LLC provides custom digital marketing, website design, advertising, branding, and promotional material services. Because many services involve custom work, planning, design time, project setup, supplier coordination, and third-party costs, payments may be non-refundable once work has started.

Website and Digital Services
Payments for website design, website redesign, SEO setup, Google Business Profile setup, social media setup, graphic design, and marketing services are generally non-refundable once the project has started.

Advertising Management
Management fees for Meta Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, or other advertising services are non-refundable once campaign preparation, account review, creative development, strategy, setup, or management has begun.

Physical Branding and Promotional Materials
Orders for physical products such as business cards, shirts, caps, magnets, yard signs, door hangers, banners, stickers, or printed materials are non-refundable once the design is approved, supplier order is placed, production begins, or materials are purchased.

Cancellations Before Work Begins
If a client cancels before any work has started and before any supplier costs, third-party expenses, or administrative setup has been incurred, Eagle Strike Agency LLC may review the request and determine whether a partial refund is possible.

Client Delays
If a project is delayed because the client does not provide required information, content, approvals, access, photos, logos, or payment, the project will remain on hold until the required items are provided. Client delays do not automatically qualify for a refund.
